In my experience, they will almost always extend the wholesale price to you.
They know that if they don’t you will just take your business elsewhere. The other reason is that in many cases, they put the minimums to keep individuals from placing orders. Individuals who order will in almost all cases, cause more trouble by ordering the wrong products and then request a refund. Let’s face it, most companies selling wholesale only want to do business with other companies who can give them a little bit of volume in their orders.
Speaking of returns, the best way to avoid ordering the wrong thing is to do a little homework before hand so you know exactly what it is you are looking for.
Common types of plastic bags:
Anti static – This type of bag is designed to effectively eliminate static electricity damage to sensitive electronic components. This can be during packaging, storing and shipping.

The recloseable zipper seal makes these bags perfect for items that need to be kept fresh or for items that may be removed and then need to be repacked.
Poly Tubing - This packaging comes in a long roll so it is excellent for packing products of varying lengths. To use, you cut the length you need and then heat seal the end. These can be used for packaging and storing of heavier items.
Custom Plastic Bags and Products – If you have a specific requirement such as wanting your company name on the bags, or a part number, etc. the you may want to consider custom plastic bags. Keep in mind that in order to compete in price with a non-custom plastic bag, you will have to order in very large quantities.
Polypropylene Bags – These bags are a crystal clear substitute for cellophane. Unlike the older cellophane, polypropylene bags will not yellow or become brittle with age. They are also moisture resistant and approved by the FDA and USDA for the packaging of food products.
Other types of bags are: Envelopes and Mailers, Heat Seal Bags, Shrink Wrap and
Stretch Wrap.
